A Program for Emerging Women Leaders

Our flagship offering, HTS, launched in 2013, offers women a highly interactive and impactful program with a deep focus on executive presence and confidence. We also focus on enhancing Coaching & Listening Skills and building a professional network of women leaders. Over 135 partner companies have participated in this highly-rated program and we have graduated over 1,200 high potential women. Our participants learn to connect their competence to their confidence and focus on strengthening their leadership skills in Delegating, Giving & Receiving Feedback, Presentation Skills, Executive Presence and more. Our program is led by a highly qualified, diverse faculty and focused on content that is practical and impactful.

HTS is geared to professional women who are strong individual contributors or middle managers and is focused on building competencies in Relationships, Reputation, Results and Resilience.
