We offer two distinct content-rich programs in a virtual format which are built on the 4 R’s of Leadership – Relationships, Reputation, Results and Resilience. Both programs offer modules on Leadership Style, Delegation, Executive Presence and Managing Career Brand and each utilizes assessments to create an Individual Development Plan, along with featuring small group learning and one-on-one coaching. However, the programs each have their own specialized curriculum, as noted below.

Half The Sky Leadership for Women

Our flagship offering, HTS, launched in 2013, offers women a highly interactive and impactful program with a deep focus on executive presence and confidence. We also focus on enhancing Coaching & Listening Skills and building a professional network of women leaders. Over 135 partner companies have participated in this highly-rated program and we have graduated over 1,200 high potential women.

Quattro Leadership

Quattro’s focus is on co-ed learning and delves deeply into leading in today’s hybrid and rapidly changing environment, improving and leveraging emotional intelligence and leading diverse teams. Since the program launched in 2015, we have run over 25 programs and have graduated nearly 900 leaders.
